Early on, he discovered self-assessment tools like the Myers-Briggs Personality Type Indicator (tools that increase one's understanding of themselves and others), and soon came to understand his strengths, weaknesses, and path for the future. For the next 15 years, he embarked on a lifelong journey of self-discovery, studying works by Dale Carnegie, Deepak Chopra, Stephen R. Covey, Wayne Dyer, Anthony Robbins, Peter M. Senge, Brian Tracy, Denis E. Waitley, Zig Ziglar, and others.

He is a pioneer in the design and delivery of innovative training, performance and organizational development programs that have generated millions of dollars in new revenues and cost-savings through peak employee performance, procedural redesign and restructuring and improved business processes.  

He has visionary leadership in capital campaigns, start-up opportunities and building key, strategic alliances among diverse business and community leaders.

 As a seasoned speaker and trainer, as well as certified group facilitator, Derrick is focused on helping individuals and organizations maximize their potential, discover their passions, live their dreams, and enjoy a sense of meaning and fulfillment. He holds a bachelor's degree in Management and Organizational Development and has been involved in the design and delivery of training and development for nearly 20 years.

Michael Snelldisplayed his entrepreneurial spirit at a young age. At 12 he started his first business - performing magic at birthday parties. And at 16, while working at a record store in Flint, Michigan, he combined his love for photography with his determination and charm to finesse a backstage pass and photograph rock star Alice Cooper for a local newspaper.

Michael's love for adventure has taken him across the country, where he's worked as a photographer, journalist, retail shopkeeper, and owner (believe it or not) of a deco-inspired laundromat. His creative writing talents and PR abilities landed his business in the eye of the media over 50 times in 5 years. His work and passions have brought him to Detroit, Las Vegas and Chicago. And he's had the good fortune of working with such luminaries as filmmaker Michael Moore; musicians Tina Turner, Rod Stewart and Madonna; artist Andy Warhol; and showmen - magicians Siegfried & Roy.

As Managing Director, Michael uses his limitless creativity to drive programming ideas while managing the company's day-to-day operations with his "behind the scenes" entrepreneurial expertise.He helps with event planning, as well as  marketing & developing web presence through professional blogging services.
